Elliot is a wonderful tech. Explains everything clearly and is very polite. He lets you know what needs to be done but doesn't pressure you. Found out we had star wars in common and we were talking light sabers so I had to have a photo taken with them. Just goes to show how relaxed and personable they are but also professional in the work.
Anthony came to do an electrical inspection, and he was great to work with. Super friendly, respectful of our home, and really easy to talk to. He walked me through everything he checked and explained what needed attention in a way that actually made sense. There's no denying my home's electrical needs help. I knew that before he got here. 😅 So I asked for estimates. I liked that he gave me three options—sorted by safety and cost—without any pressure or sales vibe at all. The inspection was included in a package I purchased along with some work I had the Mr. Sparky team do last year, so there was no charge this time. But Anthony still gave it the same care and attention. Overall, I really appreciated how thoughtful and down‑to‑earth he was. It’s clear he genuinely cares about keeping your home and family safe, and that kind of service sticks with you.
I had a lot of work for them and he was able to get it all done in one day, he even had to go to the store for parts did a fantastic job. Checked our whole house. Ran a new line in our garage because several sockets, out there, wire got nicked and stopped working . Now fixed. But cost $1,400. $400 to checked problems and $1000 to run wire. They came back to do re wiring our bedroom had to re wire the light re wire outlets and put in a new electric panel. They came out at the last minute and finished up before my big party I feel very safe now. Before our electric was tripping every day with fear of house burning down. Now I feel safe. But once again it was very expensive $4,500. They were fast. Precise, neat, professional, and did a good job.
Had a big power issue and then added some lights in a dark living room. I called a few people and others were days out but not sparky they had some one to fix the big issue immediately! Beyond happy with both projects
Jake (from State Farm) is amazing! He explained everything perfect! I highly recommend these guys! I need to add on here that their service tech Brendan is awesome! We ran into some issues with wiring a smoke detector, like a champ he let me know what was up and after a little frustration, which he was amazing dealing with me, he figured it out. Then there was another issue figuring out how to wire in a camera over my front door. Brendan did some thinking and he was able to figure it out without having to cut into the sheetrock. Needless to say I was relieved. So from the boss to Jake to Brendan, this company is amazing! I give them 10 stars for being patient and understanding with our craziness! Thank you all and I will recommend you to anyone I know needing electrical work! Thank you all so much!!! 🙂
