Virgil Hubbard came out around 10am for what should've been a simple job - installing some flush-mount ceiling lights and replacing two exterior garage light fixtures. It proved to be anything but simple - while he was working, Virgil uncovered several previously unknown issues from prior work that was done when our house was built in 2011 (nothing Mister Sparky did, this was from the builders of our house). This job should've taken him 3-4 hours at most, but thanks to everything he found, he ended up leaving 7 hours later. He kept his professional attitude and good humor throughout, and his diligence and care reassured me that everything was both functional and fully fixed to the safest standards.
