"Easy, thorough and affordable. We are new to Colorado and our first experience with an electrical vendor was a home run. Andres came by and diagnosed the immediate issue (a faulty breaker throwing the family room outlets) quickly. He then was able to trace the master breaker through a series of four different breaker boxes and suggested (wisely) that we attach a surge breaker to that one to protect our 125 year old home. Most crucially, he found a critical wiring situation that was set directly against a gas line - could’ve been tragic. Today, his technician Devon came out, quickly installed the surge protector (man, five minutes or less!) and did a masterful job sleeving and rerouting the electrical line far away from the gas. We feel safe today because of this company and can’t thank Devon and Andres enough."

"We just moved to Tyler and purchased an older home in the Azalea District. With that comes a few problems here and there as was this case. I had 2 outdoor circuits that showed intermittent power but wouldn't stay hot. Ashton was dispatched and arrived quickly, he immediately performed a detailed inspection of the main panel and then began troubleshooting the lines in the very hot attic. Both circuits were around the vaulted ceiling and not easy to access. After about 30 min, both circuits were found and the problems identified and repaired. Ashton was very professional and courteous, he took the time to explain every procedure. From start to finish, arrival, fee discussion and agreement, to completion it was a flawless experience. I have already encountered several big name electrical contractors in the area that have been problematic. I have had issues with pricing. I’ve signed bids for work to be done with contractors then they no call - no show to perform the work. The prices in Tyler seem to be extremely high compared to surrounding areas (25%+) but this experience was probably the most normal experience that I’ve had thus far. I would definitely recommend and would definitely call again."
