"I called on a late Friday afternoon because part of our lights and electrical outlets would not work in our basement. They told us not to worry that they could have someone at your house between 8:30 and 12:00 on Saturday. Our Technician Payton text me at 10:40 on Saturday to let me know that he was on his way. When he got here, he was extremely friendly and asked...show me what problem you are having. He explained to me what he was doing, and he was diagnosing the electrical outlets and the breaker box. He explained that we had a bad neutral line somewhere and told us not a problem that he could fix it. He replaced all the electrical outlets and connectors. On the last one he had myself and my wife come into the basement and showed us on the last plug that three of the neutral wires were burnt, melted together and even the connector was black from being burnt. He resolved our problem. The entire time he was here he was very friendly and informative on what he was doing. My wife and I have owned our own business for 19 years and we know what it means to have great employees! Payton as we feel is a great asset to your company! We even went ahead and scheduled an appointment for Payton to come back and replace 2 breakers in the breaker box. We would like to thank Payton and the company for the great service!!
