"I picked Mr Sparky because they answered their phones. The first 2 companies never picked up after 2 separate attempts. They came out for a quote the next day. It would have been same day but I wasn’t available. I liked that he gave me 3 options on quotes from most expensive to least. I didn’t feel pressured. I couldn’t judge prices, but it feels like I paid for great service. I’d rather pay more. Tech and apprentice were friendly and quick. I liked hearing him train as he went. I learned things when I was around. Logan confirmed the work before starting and explained the services and warranty afterwards. Overall, a good find in my opinion. If I could find it cheaper and get cheaper customer service, I’d pass. Thank you all."
