"The Tuesday night before Thanksgiving we had an electrical issue that knocked out power to half our upstairs. We're newer to GSO and don't have an electrician, so we called around trying to find ER help right before a major holiday and Mister Sparky came to the rescue! Alex came out at 7am the next day to help us and discovered it was a far more involved situation than we all anticipated. He was super thorough and did a phenomenal job tracing through a relatively complicated older house to find the issue. We are so so grateful for all his hard work, as we could've easily had a house fire in our child's bedroom once he discovered the root cause. "We are very happy with the service call and especially Dakota's fine quality and character, he kept us informed every step of the way. He performed a safety check, and then installed the purpose of our call, replacing five smoke and carbon detectors. We had Mr Sparky in 2015 install a new electrical panel, new cheese CFI plugs and bath and outside, and also a new 20 amp house panel outdoors.
