"The response time was excellent. Ryan was here within an hour to an hour and a half to assess our needs. He gave very good recommendations to bring our old house up to code. There was too much to do all at once. He was very patient in working through different options to get us started. We initially were just wanting to add a few new electrical outlets but knowing that our house is older, we opted to go ahead and do a new electrical box as well as the few new outlets. Kalob was here, once again within an hour to an hour and a half to install our new electrical box and outlets. "I spent $5K initially and received two upgrades and the work I called for in the 1st place. They sold me a Whole House Surge Protector and a Slow Start to help take ware and tear off of my HVAC. I discovered later that my initial issues were not fixed. They came back a week later and worked on the electric issues. We're going to install 4 circuits for an additional $2K. He arrived around noon and had another electrician come out after 5pm. My son and the two electricians worked until 8:30pm. They installed 2 circuits and I paid another $2K! Total was $7,000. I am just happy that it is finished. TODAY MARCH 7TH: After Mistersparky quickly came out to check the situation, he had plumbers fix the pipes that had come loose. Ralph came back out today and fixed everything perfectly. He was polite and worked at least 4.5 hours. He cleaned up everything and explained what all he has done to help me. I will say that those who admit to mistakes and correct them are even better than those who never make mistakes. Thank you Ralph!"
