I cannot recommend Mister Sparky and Andres enough! We were dealing with a frustrating situation in our older home where appliances kept turning off. Andres quickly diagnosed the issue, discovering that our circuits were shorting because the panel and entire house wiring was done incorrectly. Keep in mind that this house was built in 1954. From the very first call, the process was incredibly easy. Andres was professional, easy to reach, and excellent at communicating through every hurdle we found. They handled a full panel upgrade and a complete whole-house rewiring with total expertise. It is such a relief to know our home is now safe and up to code. I have since changed my review after Mister Sparky communication improved. Once we communicated I felt better and Andres Manager was able to schedule the electric panel replacement and his team did an excellent job. He even is willing to refund my $500 over payment via loan. I would recommend this company for your next eectrical needs.
Had some issues with my A/C called a separate HVAC company and diagnosed my issues to be electrical. Called Mister Sparky and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Had to reschedule because of work and their dispatch was able to get me an appointment that fit my schedule. When it came to my appointment the service technician showed up on time and in a professional manor. Knowledge was unmatched as he had diagnosed my problems within the first 10 minutes.
