Muhammad of Mr. Sparky is top notch and very well educated and trained not only in his field of electrical work but also in customer service. He was able to pin point the problem I was having with my outlets and also found some additional issues that were related and he took the time to not only educate me on them but also encouraging me that they weren't emergencies but they could be fixed now but replaced and or updated later down the road for longevity. I was very appreciative for his time and great work I now have the information I was needing in order to move forward with some electrical work and I'm proud to say Mr. Sparky will definitely be doing the work for me and my family. We recently had our home rewired by Ethan with Mr. Sparky, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Ethan and his co-worker were both polite, professional, and very considerate of our property. Because our house is an older two-story with original knob-and-tube wiring, the job required cutting through plaster walls, but he handled it with care and precision. Ethan was thorough in his work and explained things clearly.. Once the project was complete, everything was cleaned up nicely, and you’d hardly know such extensive work had been done. I would highly recommend Ethan with Mr. Sparky for anyone needing electrical work done with professionalism and respect for their home.

Jose and Caleb from Mr Sparky came to give us an estimate for a whole house generator. They answered all our questions and informed us about their service. We ordered our generator yesterday. They will install next week. I called my sister about the generator and she bought one as well. It will also be installed next week. He is a hard worker and explained all the details of what we need to know about the generator.

First it's the day before Thanksgiving and we lost lights and power to the microwave but Theresa found a slot to fit us in. Demarae was the awesome gentleman that responded well after 5 and stayed until close to 9 to get everything fixed and ready for the big cooking holiday. We were beyond appreciative that we just had everything working again but he insisted on not just tidying up but full on swept, vacuumed and wiped down. We really enjoyed having him and look forward to using Mr. Sparky in the future. They are our go to and the only company we will use for all our electrical needs. Big thank you to Theresa and D.
