Smart Sprinkler Controller

I needed to have my electrical panel set up to integrate with my generator. I asked five different electrical contractors to come to my home to give me a price on this. Mr. Sparky was the only company that was professional from the minute the phone was answered until the panel face was fastened back on. They came out promptly to give me an estimate. They were equally as prompt and giving me an emailed cost of the estimate. And then, once again, they continue their professionalism in the scheduling and execution of the job. The tech that came out was named Trey. He was extremely professional. He worked diligently on the scope of work that needed to be done completed it quickly, and acted like a professional every minute that he was here….. In comparison to the other four contractors that came out— two of them never did generate an actual estimate and all four of them have no concept of professional services. Only Mr. Sparky out of five electrical contractors acted like professionals that have done this before and who know how to act in someone’s home. And oh, by the way, since I was trying to compare prices, their price was very reasonable nobodies price was less than theirs. I’m sure I will have a need for their services in the future and they are definitely the one I would recommend and will always use.

Trey is the technician that came to my house. He was wonderfully professional and took care of the issue quickly and stayed to make sure it was corrected. Happy ending for my dogs Rowdy and Luna also my kitty Ash finally came out 😊🐾. Thank you Trey sorry I don’t your last name.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Professional, courteous, organized, and most importantly, knowledgeable and skilled. The job was to replace every outlet and switch to bring my older condo up to standard, and also install two new outlets. The work took two electricians several hours and Michael kept me informed throughout the process. Added bonus: The company texts an introduction with bio and tracking details when the electricians are on their way. Excellent experience! Thank you.

Had the great opportunity of meeting truly professional employees who did amazing work. The estimate included both Josh and Michael who answered all my questions and planned everything I threw their way. This initial encounter was followed by an immediate turn around getting the work done the following day by Michael from the estimate and two other very kind and professional electricians Payton and Matt. Thank you very much to all four of y'all. I will definitely be using Mister Sparky of Southern West Virginia in the future.

These guys were great. They researched the possible problems we were experiencing and found the solutions. They are experienced and explained the issues they discovered and what the solutions would be every step of the way. We got a clear explanation of all the costs in advance, so there were no surprise charges. As my husband said when called, they deserve a raise. This is the 2nd time we've contracted a Mister Sparky, and we'll always use your services again if you need them. Only wish we could say this about other repair people we've used.
