I was able to schedule an appointment with ease and in a timely manner. The representative that scheduled me was very polite and explained the process very well. The electricians were very professional, took time to listen, explain and trouble shoot. We will definitely call again if we have a need.
This is my second encounter with the staff at Mr. Sparky. If you need an electrician and want someone to show up without a long wait, who will be friendly, trustworthy, professional, and won't try to oversell you, Mr. Sparky is who you need to call! I have been super impressed with Jacob, Kyle, and the other crew members I've encountered doing work on my house and my mom's. So glad to have found this group, and they'll definitely be my "go to" for any future electrical needs!
When another electrical business couldn’t get me in for an estimate for a month i decided to try Mr Sparky due to a recent mailing, & they were able to come the next day! Jacob (& Emily his apprentice) were professional, cheerful, helpful, & explained the problem & the options, left to purchase the needed items & returned to complete the job. Corey and Kyle did an amazing job finding the issue that’s been going on for a couple years. They came out and stayed until we got electricity back on. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.
Arrived quickly and did a thorough job getting the braker changed after the furnace repair man was done and double checked the furnace amps before leaving to make sure all was well before the winter storm. Very efficient and thorough, Highly recommend
