When another electrical business couldn’t get me in for an estimate for a month i decided to try Mr Sparky due to a recent mailing, & they were able to come the next day! Jacob (& Emily his apprentice) were professional, cheerful, helpful, & explained the problem & the options, left to purchase the needed items & returned to complete the job. I will definitely use them again & recommend them
Corey and Kyle did an amazing job finding the issue that’s been going on for a couple years. They came out and stayed until we got electricity back on. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.
He was absolutely awesome! He handled dealing with the Brinks alarm people so beautifully and arranged to order a replacement alarm for my system and it’s going to come back and do the installation. He was so nice and helpful and so efficient and I feel so lucky to have found him.!
Had a breaker tripn at my mother ole Kentucky home. Techs came out with a apprentice. We couldn't figure out why the breaker was trip. Got under crall space re wired around old receptacles that was not working,I had new receptacles,brought new wiring into receptacles boxes and replaced receptacles and problem was solved..meband the tech had great conversation while they where here. I helped any time I could and we had the problem solved and they was gone around 4.5 hour. My bill was under $500 but they are definitely very reasonable with their pricing if not the best. I give them every star.. Im also black,so ppl of color.. I recommend you call these ppl🙏🏿
