I called Mr. Sparky due to a couple of outlets going out. Jacob and Corey got here about 8:30, they said between 8am and noon. They were very professional, nice guys. Told them the problems and they got right to work and got it all done within an hour. I would definitely call them with any other electrical issues i have. Thank you, Mr. Sparky.
James was super efficient, respectful and totally on point with my electrical problems. Besides getting my outdoor electrical box back to working again I showed him 2 outlets in my kitchen which I have not used for 5 years!!! OH MY GOD!! THEY ARE FIXED NOW AND WORKING BEAUTIFULLY LOL . Mr. Sparky has great customer service and was able to find and fix my burnt wire within a few hours. We had Jacob Hancock as our electrician and he was very knowledgeable in what to do in order to find and fix the issue. We are so grateful to Jacob for helping us.
Both technicians, James and Jacob, were thorough in their explanation of the suggested fix to my problems presented. Additionally, they were timely, professional, and in general the services were very cost friendly (it also comes with a 1 year warranty). If I have any other electrical work, or if I know anyone who needs it, Mister Sparky is the place I’m calling/referring.
