Our utility provider cut our service because of an unsafe condition that had developed. We called Mr. Sparky and Jacob showed up before the appointment time. Within 2 hours we were ready for the utility provider to come out and reconnect us! Jacob was awesome and finished the job as another storm rolled in. Definitely calling them again for any electrical service needs in the future!
We have used Mister Sparky for several projects and they have been absolutely top notch! Highly recommend customer service is amazing. I will only use them for any electrical needs moving forward! So glad I found them!
I was able to schedule an appointment with ease and in a timely manner. The representative that scheduled me was very polite and explained the process very well. The electricians were very professional, took time to listen, explain and trouble shoot. We will definitely call again if we have a need.
They were super professional and let me ramble about the issues we were having with understanding. They explained, in detail, what was going on and how to correct it. Gave me quotes for future options. Jacob was absolutely amazing, he was very personable and worked to ensure we knew the next steps.
