Called mr sparky after we hit an electrical wire inside a wall. They were there 1.5 hours. The guys and gal were easy to talk to even though the job ended up being bigger than expected. Very happy with my experience and will definitely use them again if i need repairs.
I was able to schedule an appointment with ease and in a timely manner. The representative that scheduled me was very polite and explained the process very well. The electricians were very professional, took time to listen, explain and trouble shoot. We will definitely call again if we have a need.
They were super professional and let me ramble about the issues we were having with understanding. They explained, in detail, what was going on and how to correct it. Gave me quotes for future options. Jacob was absolutely amazing, he was very personable and worked to ensure we knew the next steps.
