After my normal electrician was tied up for weeks due to the recent thunderstorms, I called Mr. Sparky (as referred by a friend). The call was answered promptly and I asked to see an electrician today at 2:30pm. Donavan called at 2:10 and was here at 2:30. Fantastic service!!! I recently had Evan out from Mister Sparky to service our Generac backup generator, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Evan did a fantastic job from start to finish. He completed the routine maintenance, including a fresh oil change, and left the unit looking as clean and pristine as the day it was installed—it literally looks as good as new. What I appreciated most was his thoroughness. During his inspection, he managed to catch a tiny, hard-to-spot leak in the propane cutoff valve. That kind of attention to detail is exactly what you want when it comes to critical backup systems; he likely saved us from a major headache down the road. To top it all off, the business side of things was completely seamless. As soon as he finished the job, I was able to handle the payment easily online via credit card right then and there. If you need your generator serviced, I highly recommend asking for Evan at Mister Sparky. He is professional, meticulous, and efficient. Five stars! Mr. Sparky sent Christopher back to put in 100 amps of 240 VAC service to my back yard. He got a bad GFI out of the box the first time, but after replacing that everything worked just fine.
