I called Mister Sparky at the beginning of the week, they worked with me to schedule a visit that same week. Isaiah arrived right when he said he would and was ready for any question I threw at him. I’ve interacted with lots of different vendors and one that came to mind when working with Isaiah was Level 3 AV. This is the highest compliment I can give, he is extremely professional and engaged in his work. I got a sense I didn’t even need to look elsewhere for a quote and if I did it would be to my detriment. Mister Sparky will do it the right way and explain why it needs to be done. It might be painful to hear but, less painful with Isaiah and Mister Sparky.

Isaiah came out the same day and was amazing! Our fire alarm wouldn’t stop going off for no reason and we called them and they came out the same day. Isaiah was kind, knowledgeable, and provided great service. He was able to replace the defective fire alarm within the same appointment. Prices were great! Isaiah was the best and I can’t recommend them enough! He was even great with my pup 😊 def will use again
Josue was amazing! We had an issue with our washer disconnecting power and he came out to help. I am not to familiar with electrical systems but Josue was great at not only explaining how it works but physically showing me how it does and the issues we ran into! Easy fix but I am glad I had a true professional come out before my house could have had some serious problems. Plus the repair came with a warranty!
