Mister Sparky® Electrical Service Plans

We had a great experience with Mr. Sparky, especially our technician, Nathan. He was thorough and professional, and he took the time to explain what was going on rather than just trying to sell us a quick fix. Our home is over 30 years old and has a fairly complicated electrical setup—two EVs, a pool with a heater, solar panels, and a SPAN panel installed about two years ago. Because of the home's age and everything we've added over the years, having someone really look at the entire electrical system was important to us. Nathan completed a very thorough Safety Inspection Report and walked me through what looked good, what could potentially become an issue in the future, and what was worth addressing now. I especially appreciated the inspection because, with a 30+ year-old home, it's helpful to know the condition of the existing wiring and electrical system instead of just assuming everything is fine. We recently had another electrical company come out, charge us a ridiculous amount, and install switches that didn't work properly. Nathan clearly explained that the problem wasn't our wiring—the switches they installed simply weren't compatible with our fans. That explanation alone gave me a much better understanding of what was actually happening. I understand that a whole-home safety inspection can also identify additional work a homeowner may want to have done, and I'm completely fine with that when it's handled the way Nathan handled it: informative, transparent, and without making us feel pressured. We chose to have Mr. Sparky install whole-home surge protection, restore/service up to 20 breakers in the panel, and install a smart plug. We've used Mr. Sparky before, and they've always been fair, responsive, and quick to provide service. Nathan just reinforced why we'll continue calling them when we need electrical work. It's refreshing to have someone take the time to explain everything clearly so you can make an informed decision about your own home. Highly recommend Nathan and Mr. Sparky!

My technician, Xavier from Mr. Sparky, did a completely awesome job of replacing all of my homes outdated GFCI outlets and updating the electrical connections associated with every one of my home's electrical outlets and light switches. I was REALLY impressed with how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Xavier was, and was particularly impressed with how quickly and efficiently he worked. I feel that the service I received was well worth the price I paid and hope that Mr. Sparky appreciates the asset that they have in Xavier.

Outstanding, professional and reliable work and service. I initially called regarding an EV charger that wasn’t working. After reviewing, it was discovered that the previous installation, by another company, was done incorrectly and could have caused a fire or even zapped my electric car. The current electrical panel was also insufficient to carry the extra load. A new electric panel and surge protectors were installed and corrected the faulty wiring on the EV charger. Josue, Brandon and Alex were wonderful. Thank you so much.
