Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable. He broke down each aspect of the project I wanted to complete in easy to understand pieces. We were able to come to an agreement and I ended up saving several thousand dollars compared to what another electrical company quoted. I appreciate his honesty and rapport.
Absolutely ecstatic with everything from the customer service on the phone to the work and professionalism of Nathan and Matthew in our home. The communication was great every step of the way! When they are on the way, WHO is on the way, and even a text of when they arrived in the drive way! Those two men, Matthew and Nathan have great work ethic and knowledge! They don't mind all the questions you may have.:) Matthew stood behind working LONG hrs to get the job done as Nathan had to leave for another call. Thank you for fixing our emergency! I will tell everyone that MISTER SPARKY is the way to go. Matthew, thank you again for your hard work and dedication.
My technician, Xavier from Mr. Sparky, did a completely awesome job of replacing all of my homes outdated GFCI outlets and updating the electrical connections associated with every one of my home's electrical outlets and light switches. I was REALLY impressed with how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Xavier was, and was particularly impressed with how quickly and efficiently he worked. I feel that the service I received was well worth the price I paid and hope that Mr. Sparky appreciates the asset that they have in Xavier.
Nick with Mister Sparky arrived on time and was very professional and informative. I really like that Mister Sparky sends an electrician to evaluate the electrical issues, without a monetary charge. My problem turned out to not be a house issue, but instead a supplier issue. Thank you Nick and Mister Sparky for the great service!
