I've now worked with and given 5-star reviews for Mister Sparky, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning (all operated by the same parent company as I understand). I cannot say enough positive things about all of them. Specific to my meeting with Jamie and Mr. Sparky, it was fantastic. Jamie as kind, affable, patient, answered my myriad questions, made appropriate recommendations that suited my unique situation, and (as I keep noting in my reviews) was wonderful with my dog. Punctual, informative, kind, and a litany of other positive adjectives. All the work I've had done by Benjamin Franklin and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning so far has been top quality and I have the utmost confidence that Mister Sparky will match that level of quality and professionalism in spades. I will use them all again and I will recommend them to anyone who needs these kinds of professional services."

"My first experience with this company and it was very positive. The technician that I dealt with, James, was very professional and patient. He was able to explain the issue simply and offer multiple repair options without feeling pushy. Although I have not decided which repair path I am going down, James was an excellent advocate for his company and would be a very important reason for me to trust Mister Sparky if that is the direction I go."

"I am very pleased with the service this company offers, yes, I am a preferred customer cause I pay a monthly due and as a testimony, because I have that, and this was a very serious issue ans it couldn't wait, my house easily could have caught fire and finding this problem was complete divine. The problem was assessed Friday and fixed first thing Monday morning. I cannot put into words the appreciation I have for the professional and quality of work plus, very friendly. I view the monthly fee as a insurance fee, I know of others who have to make call after call and then there is a long waiting list, in cases like this, I didn't have that luxury of waiting. So in short, I'm very satisfied."
