Earlier today, 3/5/26, electrical service representative, Lee, visited my house for its annual electrical inspection/checkup. Lee was very polite/courteous, professional, friendly, detailed and informative. He was very thorough in reviewing all 3 floors of my house. He reviewed the current status of my house, pertaining to its electrical components. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his excellent oral communication skills in educating me/informing me on several components regarding outlets, circuit breakers, smoke detectors, etc. And he wore his "booties" to protect my carpeting. Note: there was NO actual fee today, since this was part of the annual inspection. I would highly recommend Lee and Mister Sparky for future electrical issues.

I just had a great experience with Lee Brien from Mr. Sparky, who arrived at my home ahead of schedule to perform a biannual inspection of my electrical panel, home electrical wiring and electrical outlets. He was extremely personable and thoroughly explained the ins and outs of the inspection process and why they are so important. We also discussed the installation of multiple ceiling fans in my home. He was honest and straightforward with providing fair estimates and prompt scheduling of my ceiling fan installations and even made great suggestions for more aesthetically pleasing positioning of the fans themselves. I would welcome Lee into my home anytime and was extremely impressed with him personally and professionally. Highly recommended!
Excellent service. Tristan and Josh did an amazing job... even completed almost 3 hours sooner than planned. They kept me updated continuously throughout the day. Tristan and Josh were both courteous and professional. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
