Wonderful service. Partner wanted a ceiling fan in master bedroom where no overhead electrical existed. Line run including double switch for separate light and fan on/off. We have a taller bed and they were helpful in deciding where to place it so no accidents happen. Fast. Efficient. Reasonable prices. Very happy.
I am putting my house up for sale and discovered ceiling light in kitchen not working. Called Mr. Sparky and they sent Jeff out same day. Jeff quickly diagnosed the probem(needed new switch), and fixed it in record time. He was friendly and professional.
Earlier today, 3/5/26, electrical service representative, Lee, visited my house for its annual electrical inspection/checkup. Lee was very polite/courteous, professional, friendly, detailed and informative. He was very thorough in reviewing all 3 floors of my house. He reviewed the current status of my house, pertaining to its electrical components. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his excellent oral communication skills in educating me/informing me on several components regarding outlets, circuit breakers, smoke detectors, etc. And he wore his "booties" to protect my carpeting. Note: there was NO actual fee today, since this was part of the annual inspection. I would highly recommend Lee and Mister Sparky for future electrical issues.
I will always choose Mr.Sparky. From my initial call to the technician coming out to my home the experience was 5/5. There's absolutely no deception! What really made me feel comfortable and was the deciding factor, James taking his time to answer every question I had. As a new homeowner I had a countless list of question and James was patient and listened to every single one of them. I'm glad I went with Mr.Sparky. If you are unsure where to go. Please save yourself a headache and just choose Mr.Sparky. Edit: When I needed my panel serviced, Nate and Ryan came out the very same day. The Mr. Sparky team truly sets the standard for customer service: they took time to break down exactly what work was required, respected my budget constraints, and answered every question I had. Nate and Ryan were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic experience with Mister Sparky of Lancaster. Logan came out on time and was so kind the entire visit. He was knowledgable when we shared our concerns around our house. He walked us through options for next steps so we didnt feel trapped or forced into starting a big project. He was so respectful of making sure the job being done is exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased with how everything went and highly recommend Logan!
