Nick, Curtis, and Ashley did a great job upgrading our old electrical system, in preparation for installing solar panels on our home. They not only did good work, they explained everything they did, completed the work on time and within budget, and they provided a smooth interface with Huntsville Utilities. We had Nick Murray from Mr. Sparky out to give an estimate for wiring up an attic fan install. He called early to let me know he was coming and I received a text. He arrived on time and set right to work checking out what needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He quickly gave me an estimate of the work to be done, offered to look at any other issues I might need addressed, and explained that they would email my estimate to me and would be glad to take care of the work should we decide to follow through. This young man is an asset to this company as he conveys the attitude that they’re more interested in obtaining us as customers as opposed to just landing this one job. Good job!
Mr. Tyler English provided a spectacular service to install my doorbell ring camera! He was very pleasant and cheerful. He is very smart and knowledgeable in his craft! He described the project fully before he started work and was patient to answer my questions. The work was done flawlessly and clean. I will ask for Tyler to come back to install my two outdoor security cameras.
The company overall is very professional and friendly. From the owner to the scheduler and the technicians. We had Tyler E. come out for the estimate of a generator and for the install job and he was wonderful. He described the whole process clearly and asked for permission on any small changes.
