I was very satisfied with the service I received from Mister Sparky of the Eastern Shore of Virginia today. Both men were polite and explained what repairs were necessary to get my heat pump operable again. They both worked diligently to find the underlying cause of the problem. I would recommend.
Ken Carmine did an outstanding job correcting wiring problems in my 50 year-old house. From the moment I met him I knew that I could trust him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the repairs that needed to be made, why they were needed, and made the entire process painless and informative. Mister Sparky provided an immediate estimate; which they even came in under in the final accounting. Their Heroes Program really helped out a veteran & retiree like me. Mister Sparky reminded me of the appointment and Ken arrived on time. Ken was a great representative for Mister Sparky and his actions convinced me to contact Mister Sparky for my future electrical needs.
EXCELLENT JOB!! Ken was very helpful. He came to evaluate what's necessary to install a Level 2 Charging system for my new EV. He took great pains to understand the electrical system of the house - measure for conduit runs - locate where the hardware would be placed outside of the house. He left me with a thorough understanding of the work that is required and a rough estimate of the cost. Ken did everything I asked for in an efficient and courteous manner.
