Jason has more than 21 years in the business, including the past 11 years with Mister Sparky and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He’s lived on both coasts, born in Santa Barbara, California and raised in Warren, Vermont. He and his wife now call Denver home. He says that the key to success is giving 100 percent, an attitude that’s resulted in him being named Employee of the Year twice.
When he’s not focused on getting great results for customers, he enjoys the great outdoors – as long as it involves mountains or an ocean!

He was born in Mexico, has been with Mister Sparky for the past three years and leaves nothing to chance when working – his tip for people learning the business is to take notes on the job. Carlos is married, and when he’s not on the job you will find him with a video camera in his hands, since he’s a videographer.

As VP of Colorado Operations, Cory oversees One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Mister Sparky and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Loveland and Denver. While that’s a lot to do, he and his team are handling it all well – they’ve been honored with 2009 Franchise of the Year, 2010 Employer of Choice Award for Retail, and 2012 and 2014 Division of the Year awards.
Cory has been in the industry for 14 years and believes that the stability of the franchise and income potential are two good reasons for getting into skilled trades with the company. Cory is a California native who married his high school sweetheart and is raising his two children in Loveland.
