AJ from Mister Sparky was the perfect person for the job. He was able to identify our main issue quickly and provide multiple solutions with pros and cons for each. He also clearly outlined pricing options for future work and provided valuable feedback on what would be achievable for the ideas we had. He's fast on providing estimates with detailed line items that can be easily amended. We are able to get a lot of value from their membership program too. Would recommend.

Michael was awesome! He installed our oven hood, did some rewiring and spent a lot of time educating us! He also brought us up to code for a home inspection. He was wonderful!!

Edgar did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and carefully inspected my fuse box and all the electrical outlets in my townhouse while answering all my questions thoroughly and professionally. He even went above and beyond to secure a loose outlet without charge. I was very impressed with Edgar's courtesy and knowledge of everything electrical. I want to give a big "shout out" to Mr. Sparky Electric, and specifically their electrician, Marvin Lugo. Marvin came out last Sunday, (yes, we had a braker go out on our main box and the entire master bathroom and closet plus the upstairs laundry room were dark!). My wife and were worried because we need those rooms lit to get ready for work on a Monday morning. Mr. Sparky Dispatch was great when I called, a kind lady who assured me she could get someone out on a Sunday (and there wasn't a ridiculous premium for the weekend!), and their text system kept me updated as Marvin traveled to my house; and when he arrived he listened to me closely and then gave me a clear estimate of the work he would do to assess and solve my problems, with a proper estimate of best and worst case scenarios. Then he got to work and isolated the problem. I thought it was a GFI braker upstairs but Marvin was able to get to the real problem, outside on the main box, which made sense, the house is 26 years old, probably original parts just failing after so much time. He fixed everything and even gave me advice on a main panel rejuvenation or restoration that results in preventative upgrades, I'll replace all brakers in the box to avoid failure again at undesirable times. He was in and out in about 1 hour and I was impressed with his knowledge and easy going way to explain things and assure me. Fair price, good work, fast response, great follow through. Many thanks and I will be using Mr. Sparky again, for sure.

Jacob contacting me in advance of his earlier arrival. He is very personable and communicates very well. I briefed him on the problem and how it occurred. He then started troubleshooting the problem. I contacted Vivint and Jacob came on line and discussed the problem and the cost to rectify the problem. Jacob created the proposal in real time and submitted it with photos to expedite the approval process. With that in -hand Jacob went to work and got all the repairs completed. When complete he did a quality check of all the failed outlets. He cleaned up after completion. Mister Sparkey should feel privileged to have Jacob as an employee.
