I needed a quote for some electrical work to do in my house. I searched and found Mister Sparkly, we did an appointment, and I had a great experience with the level of professionalism and expertise from Terry Hines. He explained everything in words that I could understand, and he quoted me in different works that I wanted to do. He gave me a great service and orientation as a new home owner. Part of the work will start as soon as the next day. Thank you so much! Update - Tyler and Cory came in today to do the project, and as Terry, they were so professional and diligent in their work that I was totally impressed for their high-quality ethics and professionalism. Sal and Austin did excellent work on our install of the EV charger for our new vehicle. They were very fast and efficient. Terry came for the initial consultation. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed and explained the entire process and purchase with great detail. Dave and Terry were here after the install to go over final paperwork. It was an excellent experience overall! They have excellent customer service as a company and provide all information up front. I love that they offer warranties with their service. Highly recommended company.

Our service tech was David King, he was professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. He installed a new outdoor ceiling fan. I was happy with the service would recommend David for your electrical needs.

Gabriel Mercedes is a tremendous asset to your company. He meticulously completed the punch list of projects, some of which were challenging, without hesitation. He always made sure that he fully understood the wiring done by others rather than just saying "good enough - it works". I would gladly have him back for future projects.
