Thomas came through for me in a major way at the last minute, right before a scheduled photoshoot, and I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and expertise. I was dealing with a bedroom upgrade where a new light fixture had been added, but the wiring setup and wireless receiver weren’t compatible — and time was extremely tight. Thomas quickly assessed the situation, including the attic, breaker box, and wall switches, and laid out clear, practical options that would work immediately so the photoshoot could stay on schedule. We had a severe electrical issue and Thomas did a thorough exam, giving us several options. He then quickly solved the issues and even helped move the furniture back in place. His type of professionalism will make me a repeat customer if we need service.
