My guest bathroom exhaust runs 24/7 to create a negative pressure so fresh air can enter the HVAC system. After 17 years the bearings failed. Mr Sparky sent Virgil out same the same day and he analyzed and ordered a new fan. Vince and Tony brought the new fan out a couple days later and replaced it very quickly without going in the attic.
