Mafferty was the elctrician that serviced my home. His service was superb: he knew his stuff and some. Most of all, he knew how to explain things and had the patience to do so, without it bothering at all. I appreciate all the recommendations he suggested to improve and upgrade my electric system, and also the fact that he wasn't pushy. 1/2 the lights in my home were not working. I called another company to come figure out the issue. The tech did nothing but said I had a surge and gave me about a 6k quote to fix the issue. Christian from Mr sparky came out ran many test and determined it was a poorly connected white wire in my main panel. He corrected it easily and I was charged about 500.00 problem solved. The other company would have changed a lot of lights and never fixed the original problem. Christian with Mr sparky and the help of his team narrowed and corrected what was a very basic fix. It would have been less money but it took him some time to diagnose the issue and I understand time is money. I’m very pleased.
