Very easy to set up an appointment for a free in home estimate. Communication on appointment details was very detailed and straightforward. Once the electrician (Mohamed) arrived he was very polite, explained each step in detail. He provided estimates that included breakdowns showing each item's details. Service was provided same day. He installed a new box and ceiling fan, cleaned up all mess, made sure everything was working properly - Went well above my expectations. Highly recommend
A close family member had a brand new microwave vent hood that couldn’t be installed until a dedicated 20 amp outlet was added to the wall cabinet above (only a low-powered, under-cabinet light had previously been in use). Another nearby kitchen appliance also needed a plug near it. My wife and I could handle the microwave hood vent install but knew a pro was needed to tackle the electrical upgrades. We are so glad we found Mister Sparky! I love how their estimate was free and pricing was upfront, based on the job rather than hourly. Super transparent. Mohamed came out, gave us options that fit the budget, and had us ready to go in two short hours. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He did a meticulous job, communicated everything he was doing, clearly, and left the work area clean. He made this task, simple in concept but tricky in the details, look easy. My technician was Mohammed, very professional, he gave us an estimate on a full house generator and a portable generator. When we have it installed I want him to come with the installer. I felt comfortable with him, he had an extensive knowledge about the product.
They were quick and efficient. Our tech was wonderful. We felt like we were in good hands. He was young and kind, not to mention patient. He made sure we understood everything before we made our decisions. Added bonus....he loved our dogs who thought they needed to help him every step of the way. Recommend 100%
