The two techs Matt Osborne and Jaydon Craft were top notch .Very friendly knowledgeable and completed the task with high degree of accuracy. We want to thank them for a job well done!
Mr Sparky is always on time, communicates when the technician is on their way, and does a fantastic job. They clean up after themselves. On a personal level, Mohammed is one of yet best electricians out there. Not only that, he is a great person. He is not just there to do a job, he is there to make sure it’s done right and the customer is happy with the work. He never disappoints. Thank you Mohammed for your hard work and excellence. Thank you Mr Sparky for having such great technicians
A close family member had a brand new microwave vent hood that couldn’t be installed until a dedicated 20 amp outlet was added to the wall cabinet above (only a low-powered, under-cabinet light had previously been in use). Another nearby kitchen appliance also needed a plug near it. My wife and I could handle the microwave hood vent install but knew a pro was needed to tackle the electrical upgrades. We are so glad we found Mister Sparky! I love how their estimate was free and pricing was upfront, based on the job rather than hourly. Super transparent. Mohamed came out, gave us options that fit the budget, and had us ready to go in two short hours. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He did a meticulous job, communicated everything he was doing, clearly, and left the work area clean. He made this task, simple in concept but tricky in the details, look easy. We’re loyal customers, now!
Jaydon was excellent! He went over all of my options, walked me thru all of the steps and pricing, and let me choose what was going to work for my budget. There was no pressure to buy or add on services I didnt request, but he gave me options and estimates on potential future improvements and services. He was very thorough and the work quality was excellent.
Service was provided by Keian L. He was on time, courteous and gave good explanation on problem and repair needed. An outlet overheated and damaged the wiring and plug. Keian repaired the outlet and wiring and problem was corrected. He checked kitchen outlets and all wired correctly. He then installed a dedicated circuit for a new dishwasher and ran wiring to our panel in the basement. Keian was very friendly and neat in his work. He was a pleasure to visit with as he worked. Great job completed.
