They answered and they let me know the timeframe on when they can get a technician out, and I was surprised that they had someone available on a Sunday morning and they came to my home within less than an hour. He told me what the problem was in a timely manner got everything fixed it resolved my issue with my water. Dylan was the technician that came out to my home to install a ring camera and ceiling fan. He showed up on time and was very professional. He did a great job installing both the ring camera and fan. He did have me a little worried after he installed the fan by saying that I bought a bad fan when, in fact, it turned out that it was just the batteries in the remote. Other than that, great job!
