I am beyond impressed. We had an urgent need and they came out very quickly. Nic did a thorough inspection of our house and made recommendations to fix the problem. It all made sense to us, so he stayed and did the job the same day. I definitely recommend Mr. Sparky.

Thank you!!! You truly made a bad situation good. We were getting ready to leave for vacation the next day when the power went off in our back two rooms and garage. It was 830 at night and we knew this wasn’t a good thing especially after checking the breaker box and finding everything looked good! Making a frantic call to my sister to see who she usually calls when she gave me Mr Sparky name. Since we were leaving early the next day she called for us and thankfully they were there in a day ( I was totally concerned about a fire) After they arrived Nicolas did a diagnostic testing and within two hours had everything figured out and fixed. My sister had me on the phone as they were working and Nicholas was kind enough to explain everything he found and planned to do in order to rectify the problem. With his expertise and professionalism he made what could have been a terrible situation and our vacation GREAT! I will definitely call them for any questions or help we might need in the future.

I had Nicholas Medina come out to replace a handful of breakers and repair my disconnect on my heat pump. Showed up early, was very informative of what needed to be done. Didn’t beat around the bush about anything. Straight to the point. And did a great job completing the work. Absolutely beautiful work.

Our technician, Joseph, was very positive and responsive. We had an electrical outage on a Friday night and he responded and came to our home within 30 minutes. He assisted us with contacting Duke energy and coordinated with them to make our repairs. He was able to diagnose and fix our electrical problems in less than 24 hours. We will definitely use Mister Sparky again for all our future electrical needs.
