Mr Sparky tech Thomas Martin is a skilled, knowledgeable, very professional electrician. He did a quick, very nice bathroom vent/light installation running a new duct and aligned breakers in the mount plate in a circuit breaker panel. Quoted and scheduled the job and performed the work on time. Appreciate the performance.

This is the second year in a row that I've had Mr. Sparky come to our house for an annual generator tune up. The technician on both occasions was Gavin and he's great. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. On this most recent appointment, he went well above and beyond his required duties. While servicing our generator, he smelled natural gas. He alerted us and sure enough, there was a small leak in the natural gas hook up to our house. Piedmont came out and fixed it immediately. Without Gavin's attention to detail, this could have been either a costly situation for us or possibly even a hazardous situation. I can't thank Gavin enough.
