Really impressed by their professionalism. Both gentlemen (Ryan and Chris) were very personable and knowledgeable and of course helpful. They were prepared to begin the job as soon as they gave me an estimate. I didn’t know that was even possible these days. Had I not requested multiple bids, I probably would’ve just had them start the job. Others should be prepared that they will do/offer a free whole house electrical inspection (doesn’t take long, maybe extra 10 minutes depending on home size I’m sure). I liked this, others may not as it may feel like roofing company doing a “free roof inspection”. I did not feel pressured to do or not do the additional items. My house is 25 years old and I knew there had to be items that needed updated and taken care of for safety sake.
We contacted Mister Sparky to get a few new items installed. Mitchell Harrison was sent to do the installation and he was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He left no mess and did a final walk through to make sure everything on his list was complete and to our expectations. We are very happy with our decision to use Mr. Sparky.
Mister Sparky gets the job done! Whenever I have issues, they schedule someone to come over as soon as they are able. They do great routine maintenance and have products that help your equipment last longer (house surge protectors). I highly recommend them.
We had Reyes as our technician. He was very thorough and courteous. Our home needed a lot of work, but he didn't pressure us to do anything. He just laid out our options clearly and concisely. I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured. He got our presenting problem fixed and now we have a quote for other potential repairs when we're ready to fix them.
