Sparks Fly Between Us and Our Customers
I asked for an estimate on a replacement 50 amp breaker because of the breaker tripping randomly. Ryan was on time and had his trainee take lots of pictures. Then proceeded to tell me that what I had was illegal and unsafe. His first estimate was for over $18,000 but offered just fixing what was illegal and unsafe for almost $10,000. Certainly wasn’t expecting either estimate but I felt I had no other option. He said it would take 4-6 hours to complete but ended up taking 7 1/2 hours. Once I agreed on the price, Ryan said someone would return in a couple of hours. An electrician and his helper came and did the agreed upon work. Journeyman said he would be back today to install a strap that he was lacking and to silicone a gaping hole in the rock exterior of my home. They came back and installed the strap and caulked the hole.
Mitchell Harrison was the best! He put in a new panel inside and outside the house, installed a surge protector, and fixed all of our electrical problems we were having. We will definitely be calling him if we need anything else.
A little while ago we had the Mr.Sparky crew out to inspect a home for my sister and couldn’t have been more impressed with their service. Landon and (Sammy who wasn’t Sammy) were incredibly detailed and professional through the entire process. Very pleased with the service from Mister Sparky. Landon was very professional and quickly fixed our electrical problem. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue. He also did a complementary whole house inspection and offered several options with emailed quotes for a couple of other issues that were found. He even cleaned out a vent for me prior to reinstalling the light and exhaust fan and did a final walk through to make sure he had cleaned his work areas prior to leaving. Nathan did a great job explaining things re: our situation and was very knowledgeable and very kind and patient. We hired the company for our house needs and work is set to begin tomorrow 10/24/25.
