Kyle, James, and Antony did a fantastic job installing my ChargePoint EV charger. They were extremely professional and friendly, and the communication was on point—I really appreciated the notification before they arrived. What stood out the most was their patience. I had some trouble getting the charger connected to my WiFi for the registration, and they waited until I had everything fully set up to make sure I was good to go before leaving.
