After a few stressful days for everyone in our area I am so very thankful that Nick was tasked with the job that we needed done! What an amazing, kind and professional man he is! He took the time to explain what was needed, answered all my questions and provided exceptional service! His knowledge and expertise gave me confidence that we definitely got the right person for the job. While I hope that we will not need to call for help anytime soon, I know we would be in capable hands if Nick was sent to handle the issue. We were happy to have a Mets fan in our Yankees home.

Kyle contacted me this afternoon in regards to my request for information for a possible home generator system added to the house. Upon contact, he was very professional and knowledgeable took care of a long list of questions I had in regards to a Generac home generator system. He listened to what my idea was with up dating my landscaping and working the generator into my plans. Once I express what my ideas were, he was able to assist me with what the requirements were to have the generator located specific measurements locations where it is required by law, which is very helpful. He gave me options to consider. He was very easy to talk to being. I had no knowledge of what I was talking about, I now have an educated plan that I could work with after the way he advised me.
