Zach arrived well ahead of the scheduled time. Was courteous and explained patiently all our questions. Cleaned up after job was done. Sandy who answered the phone also was very nice and helpful. Scheduled us for the job same day which was very nice!
Zach and his partner apprentice were absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m completely happy with the work and placement of the Tesla wall charger. They even gave me some installation advice with another project I may want to do at a future date.
The response from Mister Sparky was prompt and Mike who did the job was professional. He did very well to explain all the options to us and respected our interests. I will go back to MS in case of any need in the future.
My attic fan was making a loud noise and after calling several companies and getting no response I was able to connect with Mr. Sparky. Mike came out the next morning. He arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. He was very thorough and professional and I would definitely use this company again.
