My technician Sean was outstanding. He spent A good amount of time resolving my electrical needs. Sean‘s customer service skills were fantastic. I will be dealing with Mr. Sparky for all my electrical needs in the future.

Kayla has done several projects for my home. She’s professional, knowledgeable, an expert in her field. She goes above and beyond her call of duty, she’s a wealth of information and knowledge concerning any issues in electrical, wiring and more.I would highly recommend her for any electrical issues you may have.

I do remember by technician but her name was not list. Kayla was extremely pleasant. She was polite, respectful and she knew what she was talking about. I felt comfortable with the information she was providing and she was very knowledgeable. I was extremely tickled but happy by the fact that she put booties on her boots. It was really nasty outside and she made sure not to track any dirt from outside into the house. Kayla explained everything thoroughly and any questions I did have she explained to prevent any confusion. She has fantastic customer service skills and effective communication. It's great to see woman out in the field getting the job done too! Great job Kayla.

Quick response over the weekend after a lightning strike knocked out power. Warren was amazing...explained everything clearly and made me feel confident that power would be restored as quickly as possible. Arrived early on Sunday and worked all day to restore the power in the timeframe that was estimated. I'm very thankful and appreciative of the great work.
