I was very hesitant at first since I had a batch of horrible contractors within a span of a few months. When I called the company (found it on Google), I was first advised with the customer service rep who answered that I was in good hands. I thought to myself, “yeah yeah,” that’s what they all say. The rep went onto say that she wasn’t saying it just because she worked for the company, but because it was true. For some odd reason, I believed her and I felt a sense of comfort immediately after. Fast forward to when Sean arrived which was less than an hour after I called. Yes, I know!!! Fast service! Sean was very pleasant and professional. He took his time to explain everything to me in detail and took his time to perform the work. The job wasn’t rushed and I wasn’t brushed off for the company to get him to the next job…. Did I mention that they were reasonably priced and offer military and law enforcement discounts. I totally recommend this company and if I could give them 10 ********** I would!
The technician did everything he could to fix the problem with my whole house fan but was not able to. I would give him five stars for his effort but I don't think he should have been dispatched in the first place if your company is not versed in working on whole house fans. I was not happy to have to pay 200 plus dollars for the service call!
This was a great experience and he was excellent. He left the site very clean very neat and the outcome of the repair looks great. He was definitely very easy to work with and very friendly and it made a big difference in my life as I’m selling my house and needed this repair.
Best electricians ever. They make the pain of getting problems repaired disappear, and make the visit enjoyable. On time, quick work, clearly explain the problem and what's needed to fix it. We call Mr Sparky every time. And Sean is great.
Nahshon and Raleigh arrived on time and were both very professional and had excellent communication skills. They explained everything in detailed and easy to understand terms. They installed a new meter box and conduit from the service feed to the panel. The work was completed and they cleaned up the work site when done. Excellent service guys!
