I had an emergency with my system. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who assured me that someone will be there to see the issues.They came out the same day and explained what was the problem. Came back the following day and did the work upgraded my electrical system. All of the technicians who came was very knowledgeable and courteous but Raleigh was outstanding he made us felt comfortable and trusting. I would recommend this company to anyone and will certainly use them again.

Both Sean and Kayla were fantastic. Very young licensed electricians who knew their stuff. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. A little bit of sticker shock at $615 to run power to the ceiling of my daughter's bedroom so I could install a ceiling fan. Maybe that's the going rate, who knows. Seemed a little pricey to me, but maybe I'm behind the times. Completely satisfied with the work Kayla did. I would trust both Kayla or Sean to do any electrical work I may need in the future, and I highly recommend them.

I do remember by technician but her name was not list. Kayla was extremely pleasant. She was polite, respectful and she knew what she was talking about. I felt comfortable with the information she was providing and she was very knowledgeable. I was extremely tickled but happy by the fact that she put booties on her boots. It was really nasty outside and she made sure not to track any dirt from outside into the house. Kayla explained everything thoroughly and any questions I did have she explained to prevent any confusion. She has fantastic customer service skills and effective communication. It's great to see woman out in the field getting the job done too! Great job Kayla.
