Heavy storms caused water intrusion directly INTO our electrical conduit and into our electrical panel. Absolute nightmare scenario. Called several places. Mr Sparky came first thing the next morning. Full electrical panel upgrade, new electric meter and new conduit. Got us back to power that night. Added upgrades over the next few weeks. Walter, Raleigh and Brandon were all super thorough and meticulous. Ensured everything was cleanly and safely rewired from the panel, short of a full house re-wire (which was not in the budget). A lot of their work, like any chain, are ‘packages’, which, if needed and utilized, aren’t necessarily priced exorbitantly over competitors, especially for an old 1930’s house like ours. They also helped coordinate with the insurance, which was incredibly helpful in the end.
Best electricians ever. They make the pain of getting problems repaired disappear, and make the visit enjoyable. On time, quick work, clearly explain the problem and what's needed to fix it. We call Mr Sparky every time. And Sean is great.
