I had an emergency with my system. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who assured me that someone will be there to see the issues.They came out the same day and explained what was the problem. Came back the following day and did the work upgraded my electrical system. All of the technicians who came was very knowledgeable and courteous but Raleigh was outstanding he made us felt comfortable and trusting. I would recommend this company to anyone and will certainly use them again.
Pleasant, knowledgeable. He explained in terms I could understand. I am 76 years old, so that was of the utmost important value to me. I am hoping that we will see him on July 9. My husband and I both appreciated him. He covered his shoes and was very careful with everything he touched.
