From start to finish, the team at Mister Sparky was outstanding! Tom arrived promptly, assessed our situation, and explained that we needed to upgrade the electrical panel. He took the time to walk us through the process and even offered helpful recommendations for future upgrades. The very next day, Tom, Akeem, and Matt came back and completed the panel upgrade flawlessly. Their professionalism and expertise gave us peace of mind knowing our home is safer. Jim Kayel did an absolutely brilliant job here. Jim was here all day completing a laundry list of electrical projects. He was very easy to have in the house all day. Akeem arrived at the designated time. He was polite, and pleasant to speak to. He explained clearly what the problem was and he also showed me certain main box issues that he recognized I lacked knowledge about as well as weatherproof box features. I needed a new outdoor electrical box and he only had the color white. If I wanted grey that would match nicely, he would get it. He left for a while and came back with the preferable grey color. I felt that was above and beyond as well as his overall very professional demeanor. A+ in customer service for Akeem.
