The technician from Mister Sparky whose name was Jim was extremely professional, friendly and took the job seriously. He came on time and completed the task quickly and without issue,. He even did an extra task that initially l did not request when l made the appointment. I would definitely hire them for future electrical jobs!

I had two electrical issues in a new house recently and called Mr. Sparky after finding a sticker with their phone number inside my fuse box. The first one turned out to be a PSEG problem, which the tech, Tom, determined from some initial info given over the phone. He went out of his way trying to resolve it without charging me for a service call. Having called me on his personal number, he said I could text him if any future issues arose, which I did today. He was at my house within the hour and again went above and beyond in explaining and fixing things. It's always a gamble to call an unknown contractor, and I feel like I was extremely lucky that I found them. For sure they are my go-to company for any electrical issues going forward.
