Tom was great! Very kind, considerate, understanding, and made sure when he came in and out of my home that my cats didn’t get out! He admitted that he’s more used to doing Ring doorbells, but was very respectful when we explained why we didn’t want that. Thanks Tom!

Jim was assigned to replace an outlet which had a prong stuck in it and place a new plug on my wall AC unit. He came early with his own shoe covers and completed the job quickly.
