Our hot water heater went out late at night around 11:00. Our old heater was 30 years old. We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing that night and they were at our house by 9 the next morning, gave us a good price on a new one and we had hot water again by 2:30 that same day. My wife is physically handicapped and on bed rest so certain things have become necessities in life, such as hot water. They were very understanding and professional. Our house was built just over 30 years ago and has cpvc plumbing throughout. It has become very brittle and have had lots of issues over many years. They are giving us a quote to re-pipe the entire house which is something we've been wanting to do for a while now. We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. We highly recommend this company.
