I had a fire in my electrical panel. The fire was at 4:30pm, I put it out and called Mister Sparky at 5pm, Peyton and Jason took out the destroyed panel and had a new one installed and my power back on by midnight. Absolutely impressive! My wife, my toddler, and myself got to get a good nights sleep with our AC powered back on after a hot and stressful day. I talked with Peyton and Jason during the repair process and they answered all my questions and made me feel informed of what they were doing and why, all the while working quick to get my power back. I also talked with another technician named Paul who stopped by and he was kind and knowledgeable too. Great group of people and I’m very pleased to now have an electrician I feel good about using in the future and recommending to others. ***Update: Inspection afterwards took a lot of follow up calls and many weeks and wasn't a great experience. Overall still a decent experience.

I had an emergency at my home where the power company shut off the power to my house. Mr. Sparky came out quickly, and started work right away, to get my power back on in a timely manner, and keep my family safe in the scorching temperatures! Jason was outstanding! He had the knowledge to get the work done, the work ethic to take on that huge project with confidence, and he had the heart of a teacher to explain each step to me and answer all my questions! Great experience overall with Mr. Sparky and Jason!

Jason was very timely and showed up quickly! I appreciate the sense of urgency. He was a delight to work with. He ensured our panel was up to standard. The previous electrician did a lot of things that were not correct and Jason replaced the panel, the ground wire, and brought it up to code.

Great work, our team was awesome and very personable! We feel so much better about our home now with the updated electrical work. It was a big project and we are very happy with our results. We had a great experience with Paul from Mister Sparky. He picked up on a safety hazard that the home inspector missed and corrected it, completed the work we requested in a timely manner, and was very professional. He communicated with us throughout the process, sent pictures of the progress, and was very considerate of our scheduling needs. Highly recommend Paul!
