Had an issue w/no lights in bathroom & socket in laundry room didn't work. They were some how connected on same wiring. Well, come to find out, it had a blown/bad neutral somewhere, causing the lights/sockets to not work. Had someone prv come out, no one could find the bad neutral. Two different companies. Then I called Mr. Sparky....and Ed & John came out, finding another neutral to connect to ground wire...and wall-ah, LIGHTS! And boy were they Troopers! I have an old house w/not so great wiring, but they found it/got me going. I also had (about 6 mos ago) a brand new breaker box/breakers and wiring installed by John, outside....and he did an awesome job! Good pricing, too. GREAT service, VERY friendly & courteous, and prices are affordable!
The technician, Matthew, arrived as he said he would and did a primary Diagnostics. When he completed the Diagnostics he led me through all areas to see what he was talking about. Then he gave me several alternatives to fix my problem. No pushy sales, no trying to up sell me. Good people, I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of electrical services in their home. My technician, Matthew did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work and explaining to me everything that he did.
This was the best and most instructive experience I ever had with an electrician. Very thorough. Panel inspection and found some loose wires... fast fix. Highly recommended and will use Mr. SPARKY for future calls. 5 stars if I was told minimum fees up front. $60 just gets them there but they apply that to any repairs if needed. Great job!
I am a little late posting this! Unfortunately my home suffered from storm damage due to the Florence, KY tornado back on June 18th. Our entire electrical panel was ripped off the side of our house and the damage was way more than we anticipated! Luckily Mister Sparky sent Tim out to handle the situation! He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and didn't leave till the job was done! We ran into some issues with getting the power reconnected same day so Tim offered to buy us dinner and get us a hotel so we weren't stuck in the dark, we declined but the gesture was beyond appreciated!
