I had a fire in my electrical panel. The fire was at 4:30pm, I put it out and called Mister Sparky at 5pm, Peyton and Jason took out the destroyed panel and had a new one installed and my power back on by midnight. Absolutely impressive! My wife, my toddler, and myself got to get a good nights sleep with our AC powered back on after a hot and stressful day. I talked with Peyton and Jason during the repair process and they answered all my questions and made me feel informed of what they were doing and why, all the while working quick to get my power back. I also talked with another technician named Paul who stopped by and he was kind and knowledgeable too. Great group of people and I’m very pleased to now have an electrician I feel good about using in the future and recommending to others. ***Update: Inspection afterwards took a lot of follow up calls and many weeks and wasn't a great experience. Overall still a decent experience.

I had an emergency at my home where the power company shut off the power to my house. Mr. Sparky came out quickly, and started work right away, to get my power back on in a timely manner, and keep my family safe in the scorching temperatures! Jason was outstanding! He had the knowledge to get the work done, the work ethic to take on that huge project with confidence, and he had the heart of a teacher to explain each step to me and answer all my questions! Great experience overall with Mr. Sparky and Jason!

I called on a late Friday afternoon because part of our lights and electrical outlets would not work in our basement. They told us not to worry that they could have someone at your house between 8:30 and 12:00 on Saturday. Our Technician Payton text me at 10:40 on Saturday to let me know that he was on his way. When he got here, he was extremely friendly and asked...show me what problem you are having. He explained to me what he was doing, and he was diagnosing the electrical outlets and the breaker box. He explained that we had a bad neutral line somewhere and told us not a problem that he could fix it. He replaced all the electrical outlets and connectors. On the last one he had myself and my wife come into the basement and showed us on the last plug that three of the neutral wires were burnt, melted together and even the connector was black from being burnt. He resolved our problem. The entire time he was here he was very friendly and informative on what he was doing. My wife and I have owned our own business for 19 years and we know what it means to have great employees! Payton as we feel is a great asset to your company! We even went ahead and scheduled an appointment for Payton to come back and replace 2 breakers in the breaker box. We would like to thank Payton and the company for the great service!!
