I had a fire in my electrical panel. The fire was at 4:30pm, I put it out and called Mister Sparky at 5pm, Peyton and Jason took out the destroyed panel and had a new one installed and my power back on by midnight. Absolutely impressive! My wife, my toddler, and myself got to get a good nights sleep with our AC powered back on after a hot and stressful day. I talked with Peyton and Jason during the repair process and they answered all my questions and made me feel informed of what they were doing and why, all the while working quick to get my power back. I also talked with another technician named Paul who stopped by and he was kind and knowledgeable too. Great group of people and I’m very pleased to now have an electrician I feel good about using in the future and recommending to others. ***Update: Inspection afterwards took a lot of follow up calls and many weeks and wasn't a great experience. Overall still a decent experience.
Had a problem with the light working in my fan light combo. I called on Sunday and Jason came out the next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took care of the issue quickly. After he fixed the issue, he showed me what the issue was which I really appreciated!
Great work, our team was awesome and very personable! We feel so much better about our home now with the updated electrical work. It was a big project and we are very happy with our results. John came out and hooked up the electric for our hot tub. He had great pricing compared to the other quotes we reviewed. He was really nice and even turned the water on to fill it up before leaving.
Jason was very timely and showed up quickly! I appreciate the sense of urgency. He was a delight to work with. He ensured our panel was up to standard. The previous electrician did a lot of things that were not correct and Jason replaced the panel, the ground wire, and brought it up to code.
