The job was done great and they kept me informed of everything that they were doing. It was done faster than expected. They listened to my concerns and answered all of them promptly. They found things that if left unattended could have led to a potential fire.
Alex and all the guys did an excellent job were very knowledgeable kept on the job whole time. I would highly recommend Mr sparkey. They were all awesome. It was not an easy tasks but they made it happen and were very thorough. !!!!! They replaced all outlets switches and electric panel box and explained the box.they also changed all the smoke alarms. Tested everything make sure it was working. I now feel much safer!!
Dave, Lee, and Nick completed excellent work. They installed all new smoke detectors, installed power surge protection, and fixed all of our back stabbed outlets. They wore shoe coverings, vacuumed their waste, put furniture back in place, provided education, were professional, and very courteous. This isn’t our first experience with Mr. Sparky. They have also unclogged a sink and installed taller commodes for us. Phenomenal work!
Alex C.arrived on time. Reviewed the work for the install. Asked if I had any questions and explained everything clearly. He was very efficient and competent. After the install he explained how everything would work. Alex was very personable and friendly. He did a great job. Would highly recommend!
Chris and John were very polite and respectful. Explained everything they did to me. They left no mess behind and made sure everything worked before they left. I feel they did not rush to be out at a certain time. Chris also sang while working, and I thought that was pretty cool. Definitely recommend them to anyone that uses Mister Sparky
